Syed Asad founded Binary AI Labs to build the agentic systems the previous generation of AI couldn't ship. At IBM, he delivered production agentic AI for enterprise clients including Riyadh Air — work that proved autonomous decision-making could survive the operational reality of a major airline. Earlier, he was core ML at Amazon, building models inside high-scale consumer infrastructure. At Kiwitech he ran a portfolio of startup and enterprise engagements end-to-end — strategy, architecture, and the engineering that gets things across the finish line. The thesis behind Binary AI Labs is simple: agentic AI is no longer a research problem; it is a deployment discipline. Most teams have the models. Almost none have the operational rigor — evals, observability, governance, hand-off paths — to keep them running in production. That gap is the practice.
